Details of the Job/Internship

KAY AND PARTNERS is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 1 to 2 years to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and scrutinizing legal notices and replies with a keen attention to detail and a deep understanding of the legal frameworks in the Banking Finance sector.
• Work closely with clients to accurately understand their needs and ensure that their requirements are metpromptly and efficiently.
• Supervision and management of a team dedicated to our Banking & Finance clients.
• Management of MIS on weekly & monthly basis.

Eligibility

• Law graduate with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the Banking & Finance sector.
• Familiarity with SARFAESI Act 2002, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Arbitration Act, and Negotiable Instruments Acts etc and other relevant banking laws.
• Strong drafting, client management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
