Details of the Job/Internship

Khaitan & Co. is hiring Legal Associate with the experience of 0 to 3 years to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Commercial Contracts: Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating legally binding agreements on behalf of the client.
• Deal Management: Conducting due diligence, drafting, negotiating and closing deals.
• Collaborate closely with business partners to resolve all legal issues and mitigate liability risks.
• Venture Capital: Helping start-ups or existing corporations find capital to build or expand the business, which can involve either private or public financing.

Eligibility

• Qualified LLB or LLM from a recognised law school in India / abroad (qualified to work in India).
• 0-3 years of demonstrated success across M&A, PE / VC transactions with a Tier 1 law firm.
