KNG TechLaw is hiring a Legal Associate with 1+ year of experience in general corporate law.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
- Conduct legal research and prepare advisory notes.
- Assist in corporate compliance and client advisory matters.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely deliverables.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized university.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in general corporate law.
- Strong contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical and research abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
