Details of the Job/Internship
KrayMan Consultants LLP is hiring a Senior Legal & Labour Law Consultant with experience of 7–12 years to join their office in Gurgaon, Haryana.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise on labour laws, employment regulations, and industrial relations matters.
- Ensure compliance with labour legislations such as the Shops & Establishments Act, Factories Act, and Payment of Wages Act.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolution in coordination with HR.
- Liaise with labour authorities and represent clients or the firm in labour-related proceedings, if required.
- Provide strategic legal counsel on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with laws including the Companies Act, FEMA, BIS, and Demat regulations.
- Advise on corporate governance best practices and support the Board and Committees with governance documentation.
Eligibility
- LLB or equivalent legal qualification preferred.
- Minimum 7–12 years of experience in legal and labour law roles, preferably in professional services or consulting firms.
- Strong knowledge of Indian corporate laws, labour laws, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
