KS Legal & Associates is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Legal Associate will also be responsible for general day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring that all legal matters are handled effectively and efficiently.
- Legal Executive in our Dispute Resolution department with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and specialization in Civil and Commercial Litigation, NCLT (IBC), and Arbitration.
- Experienced in appearing before Trial Courts, NCLT (IBC), and High Courts, and well-versed with filing and hearing procedures.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Should have a keen interest in litigation and be looking to build a long-term career in civil and commercial law.
- Should have an academic bent of mind and be capable of authoring critical analysis and articles on the latest legal developments.
- Pleasing personality and a good team player.
Eligibility
- Expertise in law and legal issues.
- Experience in legal document preparation and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong research capabilities and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with legal databases and computer systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
- A master's degree in Law or a related field is a plus.
