Diwakar Singh has been in practice for more than 30 Years, serving more than 500 individual and business clients.

Details of the Job/Internship

Law and Option (DRS) is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Legal Associate will be responsible for Court appearances, legal/Court document preparation, analyzing legal issues, and communicating effectively with clients and team members on a day-to-day basis.
• The candidate is expected to be well versed in the various Acts related to criminal matters like IPC, CRPC, EVIDENCE ACT, BNS, BNSS, BSA etc. 

Eligibility

• Law and Legal Issues knowledge (mostly criminal side)
• Legal Document Preparation skills.
• Strong Communication/argument skills.
• Experience in Criminal and Civil Litigation is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• Candidates with prior experience in non-litigation may apply but only from law firm and not from the corporate side.
• Candidate should have sanad (COP) of 2019-2020 or earlier.

Salary/Stipend
