Law and Option (DRS) is hiring for the position of Legal Associate to join them in their Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
The Legal Associate will be responsible for Court appearances, legal/Court document preparation, analyzing legal issues and communicating effectively with clients and team members on a day-to-day basis. The candidate is expected to be well versed with the various Acts related to criminal matter like IPC, CRPC, EVIDENCE ACT, BNS, BNSS, BSA etc.
Eligibility
- Law and Legal Issues knowledge (mostly criminal side).
- Legal Document Preparation skills.
- Strong Communication/argument skills.
- Experience in Criminal and Civil Litigation is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
