Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in banking litigation matters before courts and tribunals in Lucknow.
- Draft legal documents and conduct legal research.
- Appear before courts and coordinate litigation procedures.
Eligibility
- Practicing experience of more than 2 years.
- Fluent communication skills.
- Well-versed in court craft, practice and procedure.
- Strong drafting and research skills.
- Candidates with prior experience in banking litigation may be given preference.
