Details of the Job/Internship

Law Offices of Kr. Vivek Tanwar Advocate & Associates is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with 3+ years of experience to join their office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Appear and represent clients before various courts and tribunals.
• Independently handle litigation matters across Criminal, Civil, Commercial, and allied practice areas.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality legal deliverables.
• Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, legal notices, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Manage client relationships and provide strategic legal advice.
• Maintain and manage litigation documentation and case progress updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel for case strategy and execution.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); Master’s in Law (LL.M) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in active litigation.
• Strong experience in court appearances and handling diverse legal proceedings.
• Excellent legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong command of the English language—both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other basic digital tools.
• Strong interpersonal and team management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary/Stipend
