Details of the Job/Internship
Law Offices of Kr. Vivek Tanwar Advocate & Associates is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Gurgaon on a full-time basis.
Role and Responsibilities
- Interest in core litigation.
- Assist in drafting legal documents including plaints, written statements, petitions, and notices.
- Represent and assist in district court proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and case law analysis.
- Maintain case files, update hearing schedules, and support daily case follow-ups.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in a 5-year law program.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Experience in cold calling and connecting with prospects over the phone.
- Friendly and personable demeanor.
- Willingness to work full-time from the office.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
