Details of the Job/Internship

Lawgical Lane is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with 2-3 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including service agreements, vendor contracts, consultancy arrangements, and NDAs.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks applicable to cybersecurity and technology services.
• Collaborate with external counsel, advisors, and regulatory bodies on legal matters.
• Support internal business teams with contract lifecycle management and risk assessments.
• Maintain an organized repository of agreements, notices, and regulatory filings.
• Assist in legal research, compliance documentation, and dispute resolution processes.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of PQE in corporate law, ideally within the technology or services sector.
• Prior exposure to IT/ITES, cybersecurity, or compliance-driven businesses is a plus.
• Ability to handle end-to-end legal processes in a dynamic and evolving business environment.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
