Details of the Job/Internship

Lawkins Legal Experts is hiring a Litigation Associate with 1–2 years of experience in Litigation & Dispute Resolution.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review pleadings such as plaints, written statements, rejoinders, applications, affidavits, and appeals.
• Represent clients and assist senior lawyers before District Courts, High Courts, Tribunals, and IP offices.
• Conduct legal research, case law analysis, and prepare briefs for hearings.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for case strategy and updates.
• Manage filings, hearings, and ensure compliance with procedural requirements.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a reputed law school.
• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• Experience in court appearances and litigation procedures.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
