Details of the Job/Internship

Lawtraq is seeking a Legal Associate to join its Mumbai office. The role is ideal for motivated law graduates or early-career professionals eager to work across litigation and corporate advisory.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft legal notices, agreements, and research notes.
• Assist in litigation matters before High Courts, Tribunals, and District Courts.
• Support senior counsels in case preparation and hearings.
• Conduct legal due diligence and maintain client communication.
• Contribute to both litigation and corporate advisory projects.

Eligibility

• Qualification: LL.B. from a recognized university.
• Experience: 0–2 years (fresh graduates with strong internships encouraged to apply).
• Skills: Strong research, drafting, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Attributes: Integrity, attention to detail, and adaptability to fast-paced environments.

Salary/Stipend
