Details of the Job/Internship
Lead India Law is hiring a Legal Associate with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in Connaught Place, New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal consultation and guidance to clients in civil, criminal, matrimonial, and corporate matters.
- Draft legal notices, petitions, complaints, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Handle case filings, appearances, and representation before courts and legal authorities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth case progress and client satisfaction.
- Maintain case records, documentation, and timely client updates.
- Conduct legal research and advise clients based on relevant laws and precedents.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council and eligible to practice in courts.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
