Details of the Job/Internship
LearningMate is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage a variety of legal documents and agreements.
- Provide legal advice and risk assessment to internal stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth research on legal and regulatory matters.
- Ensure company operations remain compliant with applicable laws and standards.
- Assist with corporate governance, data privacy, and other policy-related functions..
- Support legal aspects of contracts, partnerships, and procurement activities.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
- Proven experience in legal roles, preferably in the corporate or education sector.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment.
