Legal Hills Associates is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of Fresher / Experienced to join their office in Jhansi. The role is focused on litigation and banking law practice, offering hands-on exposure to diverse matters and a learning-oriented work environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent matters effectively before courts and tribunals.
• Work on litigation and banking law matters including SARFAESI and recovery laws.
• Handle legal drafting and documentation.
• Assist in matters relating to arbitration, negotiable instruments, and banking compliance.

Eligibility

• Law Graduates (Fresher / Experienced).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications and legal drafting.
• Ability to represent matters effectively before courts/tribunals.
• Working knowledge or exposure to:
• Negotiable Instruments Act.
• Arbitration Law.
• Banking Laws.
• NPA/NEC Compliance.
• SARFAESI matters.
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn.
• Must own a vehicle for field work and court appearances.

Salary/Stipend
