Legal Outsourcing 2.0 is hiring a Legal Associate (Fresher) to join their offices in Kolkata and Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Research data breach incidents, cybersecurity laws, and regulatory frameworks.
• Analyze contracts and legal documents to identify security vulnerabilities and compliance risks.
• Utilize AI tools for contract abstraction, focusing on data protection and breach liabilities.
• Prepare reports outlining data breach risks and mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with senior associates to ensure precision in contract analysis.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of data protection laws, cybersecurity regulations, and contract law.
• Sharp analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective time management in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Willingness to relocate to Kolkata or Noida.

Salary/Stipend
