LegalPay is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 1 Year to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Managing the litigation portfolio funded by the company.
- Regular updates to clients on progress in cases.
- Legal research and due-diligence on various legal issues.
- Conducting mediation and settlement in funded cases.
- Build and maintain relationships with advocates and clients.
Eligibility
- 1+ years of experience working as a litigation lawyer / Law firm.
- Good grasp of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Arbitration Law, Corporate Law & Contract Law.
