LEGUM TURTLE is hiring a Legal Associate to join them in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
The Legal Associate will be responsible for handling legal research, drafting, assisting with case preparation & arguments and providing support to seniors.
Eligibility
- Enrolled with the BCI.
- PQE of 1-3years.
- Bachelor's degree in Law or master's.
- Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures.
- Excellent research and drafting skils.
- Good oral and written communication.
- Attention to details and analytics skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Well versed with the procedure & fillings of DRT; DRAT; NCLT; NCLAT. High Court & District Courts.
- Well versed with MS office.
Salary/Stipend
