Details of the Job/Internship

LenDenClub is hiring a Legal Associate with 2–3 years of experience to join their office in Malad, Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate agreements including NDAs, Master Service Agreements, Leave & License Agreements, Lease Agreements and Referral Agreements.
• Draft and vet terms and conditions, policies and process notes for multiple products.
• Analyze legal issues related to statutory and regulatory risks and provide recommendations.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and ensure timely action to protect company interests.
• Liaise with external legal counsels.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized university in India; LL.M. preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in non-litigation legal roles.
• Well-versed with Indian laws and regulations related to lending.
• Knowledge of FinTech or NBFC regulatory framework preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced organizations with strong accuracy and organizational skills.
