LEx Aeterna Practices is hiring a legal associate to join them in Mumbai office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and negotiate a wide range of project finance documents, loan agreements, syndication agreements, debenture documents, and restructuring documentation.
• Ensure that all documents meet regulatory and compliance standards.
• Independently manage the legal aspects of project finance, loan, syndication, debenture, and restructuring transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external counsel, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
• Expertise in Debenture and Restructuring Transactions:
• Provide specialized legal advice and manage transactions related to debentures and financial restructuring.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations during these processes.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university; an advanced degree or specialization in Banking & Finance law will be a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in drafting and managing financial documentation and transactions.
• Proficiency in managing end-to-end processes of financial transactions independently.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
