Lex Catacian is hiring a Legal Associate for a full-time hybrid role in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and draft legal documents.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis.
• Review contracts and handle case-related documentation.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients.
• Collaborate with team members on legal matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal standards and regulations.

Eligibility

• Degree in Law (BA LL.B., BBA LL.B., LL.B. or equivalent).
• Proficiency in handling legal issues and document preparation.
• Experience in contract drafting and case management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment.
• Knowledge of Indian legal systems and corporate compliance is preferred.
