Lex Certitude (LC-Ɪ) is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with 1+ years of experience to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and customize legal agreements including NDAs, lease deeds, loan documents, supply contracts, and service agreements.
• Refine contract templates tailored to specialized sectors such as NBFC operations and renewable energy projects.
• Identify legal, commercial, and operational risks in documentation and provide effective mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with regulatory and statutory bodies as needed.
• Prepare and file legal documents; manage and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct legal and background research to support client matters and internal projects.
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, managing calendars, and compiling case-related documents.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and terminology.
• Familiarity with online court filing systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical standards.

Salary/Stipend
