Details of the Job/Internship
Lex Corp is hiring a Legal Associate – Disputes Practice with experience of 3–5 years to join their office in South Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in managing commercial litigation before High Courts, Commercial Courts, NCLT/NCLAT, DRT/DRAT, and Arbitral Tribunals.
- Draft pleadings, applications, written submissions, and arbitration-related documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs and strategy notes.
- Assist in matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and recovery proceedings.
- Attend court hearings and assist in arguing procedural and interim matters, as per experience.
- Coordinate with clients and maintain structured case updates.
- Ensure timely compliance with court procedures, filing deadlines, and statutory requirements.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognised university.
- 3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in corporate or commercial disputes.
- Strong drafting and legal research skills.
- Exposure to High Court, NCLT, arbitration, or commercial litigation matters.
- Sound understanding of civil procedure, arbitration law, and insolvency law.
- Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
- Enrolment with the Bar Council of India.
