Details of the Job/Internship

Lex Credence is hiring a Legal Associate for a full-time, on-site role in Pune for its Litigation and Conveyance teams. The role involves working on litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, court appearances and case preparation, as well as conveyancing work such as search and title verification, due diligence, property audits and legal document preparation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings and legal documents.
• Appearing before courts and assisting in litigation matters.
• Conducting legal research, case preparation and briefing seniors.
• Conducting search and title verification of properties.
• Performing due diligence and audits of properties.
• Preparing conveyancing and other legal documents.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Legal research and analytical skills.
• Experience in legal document preparation.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Salary/Stipend
