Lex Familia India is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the content creation process on topics related to securities and corporate laws . 
• Draft and edit articles, white papers, orders and other legal content with a focus on clarity, accuracy and depth. 
• Stay updated on the latest developments in securities and corporate laws to ensure content relavennce. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional deems to develop content strategies that align with business goals. 

Eligibility

• A law degree (LLB/LLM) with a strong understanding with securities and corporate laws.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in legal content writing, preferably in a professional or corporate setting. 
• Ability to distill complex legal concepts into clear, concise and engaging content. 
• Strong reaserch skills and a protective approach to staying updated with industry trends. 

Salary/Stipend
