Details of the Job/Internship
Lex Pangea is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Dehra Dun, with travel to Nainital. The role includes preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, analyzing legal issues, and providing litigation support. The associate will also communicate effectively with clients and team members and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analyze legal issues.
- Provide support in litigation.
- Communicate with clients and team members.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Eligibility
- Expertise in law and practice in constitutional courts.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Dehra Dun District Court, High Court of Uttarakhand, and Supreme Court of India.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
- Experience in original and appellate litigation is a plus.
