Details of the Job/Internship
Lex Resolutio Corporate is hiring for the position of Legal Associate to join their office in Kolkata Metropolitan Area.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents including agreements, contracts, and compliance reports.
- Research and analyze legal issues relevant to corporate and intellectual property law.
- Assist in client consultations and internal communications regarding legal matters.
- Maintain organized legal files and ensure timely documentation.
- Coordinate with team members and clients to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, legal compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in legal document drafting and preparation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
- Prior experience or internship in corporate legal practice or IP law is a plus.
