Lexcuria Lawyers is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare legal documents.
- Conduct research on legal issues.
- Analyse complex cases and assist in strategy formulation.
- Provide assistance during court hearings.
- Collaborate with colleagues on legal strategies.
- Maintain client communication.
- Ensure comprehensive preparation for legal proceedings.
Eligibility
- Strong understanding of Constitutional, Corporate, and Commercial legal frameworks.
- Proficiency in drafting legal agreements, opinions, and case-related documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex cases and develop strategic solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and court advocacy.
- Familiarity with current legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case law databases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) is mandatory.
- Additional legal certifications or relevant postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in litigation, corporate advisory, or legal documentation will be considered an asset.
