Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting petitions, replies, and pleadings.
- Researching case laws & propositions of law.
- Updating the knowledge bank with the latest case laws.
- Working on the preparation of cases with notes and judgments on the ongoing matters.
- Assisting in the conduct of cases.
- Working on making appearances in court.
