Lexplosion Solutions Private Limited is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 0–2 years to join their office in Kolkata.
Role and Responsibilities
- Identify regulatory compliance requirements, new case laws, and changes in law.
- Draft regulatory update summaries and update client databases.
- Prepare monthly compliance reports for clients.
- Handle complex regulatory compliance obligations.
- Conduct extensive legal research on client queries.
- Carry out due diligence on labour, environment, health and safety, and industry-specific laws.
- Provide training to clients on Lexplosion products.
- Create compliance checklists and categorize responsibilities.
- Review client contracts.
Eligibility
- LLB degree; LLM is optional.
- 0–2 years of experience in legal roles.
- Experience in contract drafting, legal research, regulatory compliance, and due diligence is desirable.
