Details of the Job/Internship
LightFury Games is hiring a Legal Associate with 1–4 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support fundraising transactions and investor documentation.
- Assist in corporate structuring and governance across group entities.
- Manage end-to-end legal due diligence processes.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, technology, licensing, and partnership agreements.
- Support intellectual property strategy, portfolio management, and IP protection.
- Advise on game development, publishing, distribution, and regulatory readiness.
- Provide legal guidance on product features, monetization models, and market expansion.
- Manage external law firms and advisors.
- Support the General Counsel on strategic and cross-border matters.
Eligibility
- Lawyers with 1–4 years of post-qualification experience.
- Preference for candidates from Tier-1 law firms or with strong transactional experience.
- Experience in M&A, PE/VC, and general corporate matters preferred.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Commercial mindset with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in technology, gaming, or startup ecosystems.
