Limelight Lab Grown Diamonds is hiring a Legal Associate to join their team in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (client, leasing, licensing, partnership contracts).
- Provide legal guidance and manage disputes to mitigate risks.
- Advise the Board and senior management on corporate governance, compliance, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain statutory registers, file documents with regulatory authorities, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Oversee company secretary functions: board and shareholder meetings, agendas, minutes, and statutory records.
Eligibility
- Proven track record in a global environment.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
