Details of the Job/Internship

Limelight Lab Grown Diamonds is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with 1-2 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet a wide range of legal documents including NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, lease agreements, and employment-related documents.
• Support senior legal team members in managing regulatory filings, compliance obligations, and risk assessments.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries, notes, and advisory memos.
• Maintain and organize legal documentation, records, and contract repositories.
• Coordinate with internal business teams to ensure compliance with contracts and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in drafting responses to legal notices, queries, and correspondence.

Eligibility

• LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized university (specialization in Corporate Law preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in corporate law, contracts, or compliance.
• Prior exposure to retail, luxury goods, or consumer commerce sectors will be an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
