Details of the Job/Internship

LithLife is looking for candidates to join them as Legal Associate.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance and support on a wide range of matters, including corporate governance, contracts, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the interests of the company.
• Partner with senior management and key stakeholders to develop and implement legal strategies that support the company's growth objectives and long-term sustainability.
• Establish and maintain robust legal processes and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to stay abreast of developments in relevant areas of law and provide proactive advice to mitigate risks.
• Manage relationships with external legal counsel and other third-party providers as needed.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; additional certifications or qualifications preferred.
• Proven track record of success in legal roles, ideally within the renewable energy or technology sector.
• Strong legal acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to identify legal issues and provide practical solutions.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving positive change.
• High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
