Lotus Infra India is hiring a Graduate Legal & Compliance Analyst – Australian Projects for its Udaipur office, with immediate joining.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, templates, and compliance reports.
• Draft and format documents, forms, and client submissions.
• Conduct validation and mapping analysis of training materials.
• Assist in client audits, performance reviews, and compliance checks.
• Maintain organized digital records and documentation.
• Respond to client queries and prepare regular status summaries.
• Collaborate with internal teams and international clients.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Eligibility

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
• 0–4 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong research and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn Australian compliance processes.
• Based in Udaipur or ready to relocate immediately.

Salary/Stipend

₹30,000 per month (In-hand).
