Details of the Job/Internship

LYNX LEGAL PARTNERS LLP is hiring a Legal Associate with 1–4 years of experience to join their office in Jogeshwari (East), Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role. The position involves legal research and drafting, court appearances before Mumbai courts including the High Court, City Courts, NCLT, and Arbitration Institutes, client interaction, matter management, and operational responsibilities such as process building, technology integration, CRM management, and service intelligence. The role offers exposure to multidisciplinary legal work and firm management processes.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft case laws, compliance frameworks, corporate agreements, and applications before authorities and tribunals.
• Appear before courts in Mumbai, including the High Court, City Courts, NCLT, and Arbitration Institutes.
• Manage client interactions, including calls, video conferences, status updates, and basic advisory support.
• Handle case tracking, deadline management, and document preparation.
• Develop and manage checklists and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Assist in technology integration and workflow automation.
• Manage client relationships, CRM systems, follow-ups, and proposal support.
• Track metrics, prepare reports, and identify growth opportunities.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized and reputed university.
• 1–4 years’ experience at a Big Law Firm.
• Mumbai-based or willing to relocate from September.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Self-directed and adaptive work style.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new software tools.
• Client service-oriented mindset.
• Proactive, responsible, and reliable approach to work.
• Attention to detail and willingness to travel extensively.
• Scientific temper and linguistic intelligence.

Salary/Stipend
