Details of the Job/Internship

LYNX LEGAL PARTNERS is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 1–4 years to join their office in Mumbai (Jogeshwari East).

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft corporate agreements, compliance frameworks, and tribunal applications.
• Represent clients and appear before Mumbai courts, including the High Court, NCLT, and Arbitration Institutes.
• Manage client interactions via calls and video conferencing, providing basic advisory and status updates.
• Track case matters, manage deadlines, and prepare complex legal documentation.
• Build and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and organizational checklists.
• Assist in technology integration by implementing software solutions and automating legal workflows.
• Support business growth through CRM management, proposal drafting, and tracking service metrics.
• Travel extensively for work assignments and court appearances as required.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognized and reputed University.
• 1–4 years of experience, preferably gained at a Big Law Firm.
• Linguistic Intelligence: Strong creative writing skills and a love for languages.
• Technical Comfort: Willingness to learn and innovate with latest legal-tech software.
• Scientific Temper: A systematic and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Must be Mumbai-based or willing to relocate by September.
• Self-directed work style with the ability to manage tasks without constant supervision.
• Mandatory: Must have a long-term career outlook (no "quick switchers").
