Maheshwari and Co. Advocates & Legal Consultants is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 2 to 3 years to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research on diverse legal issues and draft legal opinions.
- Assist in handling cases from inception through tore solution, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
- Communicate with clients, understanding their needs, and providing timely updates and solutions.
- Prepare legal documents, contracts, agreements,and pleadings with precision and clarity.
- Represent clients in various courts and tribunals,gaining hands-on experience in litigation.
Eligibility
- Law graduates (LL.B. or equivalent) from are cognized university.
- PQE: 2-3 years.
- Enrollment with any Bar Council.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Strong research, drafting, and communication skills;ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
