Details of the Job/Internship
MantraCare is hiring a Legal Associate with 0–3 years of experience to join their India-based team in a remote, part-time capacity.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research on Indian corporate, labour, and regulatory laws.
- Draft, review, and manage various contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Assist in ensuring the company adheres to all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Support the preparation of legal opinions, formal notices, and internal reports.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments on various legal matters.
- Assist in dispute resolution processes and liaise with external counsel as needed.
- Maintain organized legal documentation and comprehensive compliance records.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in Indian legal and regulatory frameworks.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
- Enrollment with the Bar Council of India is preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in legal practice or corporate legal roles.
- Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote and part-time setup.
