Marlabs LLC is hiring Legal Associate with the experience of 2 to 5 years to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- License Reseller Agreements.
- Non-Disclosure Agreements ("NDA").
- Procurement Agreements.
- Other documents.
- Handling internal calls for any queries/ clarifications in relation to document review.
- Agreement negotiation.
Eligibility
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Must have 2+ relevant experience in IT Industry.
