Details of the Job/Internship
Match Point Retail is hiring a Legal Associate for a full-time, on-site role in Dehradun. The role involves preparing legal documents, providing counsel, analyzing legal issues, drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with senior advocates.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts.
- Prepare legal documents.
- Provide counsel on legal issues.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- Offer legal advice to various departments.
- Coordinate with senior advocates.
- Appear in court hearings.
- Stay updated with all ongoing cases.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
- Strong knowledge of law and legal issues.
- Skilled in legal document preparation and communication.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Candidates from Dehradun or adjoining cities will be preferred.
- Own conveyance required.
