Details of the Job/Internship

Maxburn Private Limited is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Associate.

Role and Responsibilities

•  Help draft and edit the contract templates.
•  Draft documents, letters, applications, invoices, handouts, and enclosures as needed.
•  Assist in maintaining reports and records of the company.
•  Proofreading and editing data, documents, etc within the prescribed timelines.
•  Research and report on the latest developments, avenues, and legal nuances in the industry.
•  Participate in meetings and outreach assignments as assigned.

Eligibility

• Candidate must have completed his bachelor in law (LLB).
•  Has good communication skills and drafting skills.
•  Contract formation, preparation, negotiation, review, and drafting skills.
•  Identifies key risk areas in a contract.
•  Contract drafting and negotiation.
•  Liasoning and project execution.
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
