Details of the Job/Internship
MAY Lawyers LLP is hiring a Legal Associate to join their on-site office in Kanpur Nagar.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare legal documents and draft contracts and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and case analysis.
- Provide counsel on legal issues and regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with clients, advocates, and other professionals to deliver tailored legal solutions.
- Manage aspects of corporate legal work and dispute-related matters.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in law, including LL.B.
- Strong knowledge of legal statutes and regulations.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation and contract drafting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in handling legal issues, corporate litigation, or dispute resolution.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site office environment.
- LL.M. or additional certifications in corporate law, compliance, or trademark law are preferred.
- Previous experience with corporate clients or a boutique legal firm is preferred.
