Details of the Job/Internship

MCO Legals is hiring Legal Associates with 2–4 years of experience to join their litigation and arbitration team at their Kolkata office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in handling civil and commercial litigation matters.
• Draft legal documents, including petitions, notices, and pleadings.
• Participate in arbitration proceedings and client consultations.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.

Eligibility

• Must be a practicing advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of West Bengal.
• 2–4 years of post-enrolment experience.
• Strong legal research and drafting abilities.
• Good communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
