Details of the Job/Internship

MCO Legals (Meharia & Company) is hiring Legal Associates with 2–4 years of experience to join their office in Kolkata. The role is specifically for handling matters before various District Courts in and around Kolkata as part of the firm’s civil and commercial litigation and arbitration team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle civil and commercial litigation and arbitration matters before District Courts.
• Manage filings, appearances, and procedural work independently.

Eligibility

• Practicing Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of West Bengal.
• 2–4 years of experience, particularly before various District Courts in and around Kolkata.
• Ability to independently handle filings, appearances, and procedural work before District Courts.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
