Details of the Job/Internship

• MCO Legals (Meharia & Company) is hiring Legal Associates with 3–5 years of experience to join their litigation and arbitration team in Kolkata.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle civil and commercial litigation matters independently before District Courts.
• Manage arbitration cases and related procedural requirements.
• Draft, file, and review legal documents and pleadings.
• Represent clients during hearings and maintain case records.
• Collaborate with senior advocates and team members on complex matters.

Eligibility

• Practicing Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of West Bengal.
• 3–5 years of experience in civil, commercial litigation, and arbitration.
• Strong knowledge of District Court procedures and filings.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters efficiently.

Salary/Stipend
