MCO Legals (Meharia & Company) is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 2–3 years to join their office in Kolkata. This role is within the Litigation Team and involves working on litigation and arbitration matters, requiring strong research, drafting, and communication skills.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle litigation and arbitration matters.
• Conduct legal research and drafting.
• Communicate effectively in legal proceedings and client interactions.

Eligibility

• Practicing Advocates enrolled with the Bar Council of West Bengal.
• 2–3 years of litigation experience.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
