MCO Legals (Meharia & Company) is hiring two Associate Advocates to join their Civil & Commercial Litigation and Arbitration team at their Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases.
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare case briefs.
- Draft pleadings, petitions, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients before various courts and tribunals as required.
- Collaborate with senior advocates and team members on case strategies.
Eligibility
- Practicing Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in litigation and arbitration.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Flair for research and analytical thinking.
