Details of the Job/Internship

Meraki Legal is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 1 to 2 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Major Area of practice - Civil and Criminal litigation, Arbitration, Family and Domestic Violence,Real Estate and other fields of law as welI.
• Scope of work - Drafting of Suits/Claim/VWrits/Petitions/ Applications/Appeals/ Reply/Rejoinder, etc.,and research on proposition of law and appearances before Courts.
• Courts -Bombay High Court, District Courts, NCLT,Family Courts, Magistrate Courts.

Eligibility

• Good drafting and research skills..
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Should be an avid learner and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Exclusive and full-time engagement with the firm.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
